Exceptional food and service.  Really good value for the offer. A very special service and food experience.

Restaurant is centrally located just off Largo do Toural. Staff were friendly and welcoming and some staff spoke English. Had a pizza and pasta and both were quite good. Nice restaurant with patio.

Norma restaurant was so delightful that we canceled other dinner plans to return the next night. The creative food, beautiful upstairs terrace and the warm and caring service were too attractive to pass up. We thoroughly enjoyed the playful way the chef updates Portuguese classic dishes and the plating is beautiful.

Wonderful food and service! Terrific value and an all-round lovely experience. Highly recommend.
